To begin with, you should come by our CrossFit box in Kreuzberg/Friedrichain and join our FREE CrossFit intro class. Here we will go over some of the fundamental exercises that we use in CrossFit, talk a little about what CrossFit is and give you a brief overview of what we do on a daily basis. To conclude your intro you will join your first WOD. ( Workout Of the Day ).
- Intro session lasts about 1 hour and is for everyone regardless of fitness LEVEL!!
- Everybody can take part in the fun Intro class
- We have the intro class every Sunday at 14:00 at oiur CrossFit Box in Kreuzberg/friedrichain.
- No sign up is needed, Just come by and have some fun :-)
When you have completed your first Training session, just talk to the instructor who will give you all the info you need. Then you can join us and be a proud member of the Frontline! You are of course also always welcome to drop by the box for more information and a tour of the box.

Our 5 week Beginners course is designed for anyone new to CrossFit or fitness. Here You’ll learn the fundamentals of CrossFit, build a solid base of strength and conditioning — all while being part of a small, supportive group that makes training enjoyable and motivating.

• Proper technique for squats, deadlifts, presses, and basic Olympic lifts
• How to use functional tools like kettlebells, dumbbells, rowing, and bodyweight exercises
• Core concepts of intensity, mechanics, and consistency
• How to pace, scale, and progress intelligently
• The structure of a CrossFit class — so you feel at home from day one
How Each Session Is Structured
Every beginners class follows a consistent format designed to help you learn, improve, and feel successful:
1. Warm-Up:
We start with a fun warm-up to activate the body and prepare your joints and muscles for movement.
2. Skill or Strength Focus:
Next, you’ll spend time learning and practicing a specific movement or lift. We break it down step by step to help you move with confidence and proper technique.
3. Workout of the Day (WOD):
You’ll finish with a short, fun workout that puts your new skills into action. It’s scalable to your level — so whether you’re brand new or returning to fitness, you’ll be challenged and supported.
